“PHACE” or Personalized Healthcare Advocacy Coordination and Education is a Health Advocacy service, which takes the Personal Advocate role to the next level.
“PHACE” stands for Personalized Healthcare Advocacy Coordination and Education. It is a health advocacy service focused on empowering and educating patients while prioritizing their rights and personal goals. At PHACE, we treat patients like family and work to enhance collaboration with healthcare providers. We offer Health Advocacy Empowerment classes, one-on-one coaching, and public speaking to educate others about the importance of managing healthcare needs and costs.

My passion for this service stems from my personal experience with my husband’s chronic health issues and a serious hospital stay that highlighted gaps in his care. During his hospitalization, I took on the role of an advocate, educating staff about his health history and pushing for better coordination among his specialists. I realized how critical proper advocacy is, especially since many people suffer due to medical negligence.
I am committed to ensuring others receive the best possible healthcare. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling, along with extensive experience in the medical field and working with diverse populations.
